First, I wanna say it was a blessing coming to Extended stay here in Jessup because I’ve been to other locations That wasn’t very clean. From Nov 2018 - Jan 2021, I lived at Extended Stay America in Jessup, MD. Their staff was the epitome of kind, caring, and professional. They all deserve promotions!
As someone that actually works with the company (the one in Brooklyn Ohio) this ESA is ran very well. The staff is top notch and you’re next to a bunch of places so you don’t even need to use your car. The only thing I had a problem with is the room I was put in was next to a small section where it had an odd smell. My side of the hallway was fine but walking past my door to get to the elevator was weird to say the least. I’d definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Maryland.
Stay was great, I prefered a quiet spot with some privacy, but a good stay for the most part.
I’m so glad I found this place on short notice before the storm. I’ve stay at other Extended Stays but this one is completely different. The actual building and rooms are nicely renovated, not out dated at all and very clean. The hallways and common areas are clean as well. Tyra and Robert were extremely helpful and kind during this storm. Tyra answered all my questions and was very accommodating, and Robert helped dig my car out of the snow and was very pleasant, even carried my bags to my car. Plus the nightly fee is affordable! Again, I’m glad I stayed here and I will be back.
